A trained nurse herself, she revolutionized rural healthcare by establishing the Princess Mother's Medical Volunteer Foundation (PMMV), which deployed mobile medical units to treat villagers in remote areas inaccessible by road. Her environmental vision was equally profound; she spearheaded massive reforestation efforts to restore the northern highlands, famously stating that "people and forests must coexist." She transitioned these marginalized populations of the North from a cycle of poverty and drug trafficking to one of self-sufficiency and dignity, earning her global recognition as a UNESCO Great Personality of the World.
